Wan'Dale Robinson Fantasy Football News | Shark Bites

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Giants QB Jaxson Dart delivered a useful fantasy line in his Week 4 starting debut. He completed 13 of 20 passes for 111 yards and 1 score, adding 54 yards and a TD on the ground.

Further testing has confirmed the fear that Giants WR Malik Nabers tore his right ACL in Sunday's win over the Chargers. He'll need surgery and miss the rest of the season. The timing should at least help his chances of being ready for the start of the 2026 season. We'll obviously watch for further details on that front and track his return progress.

Giants decision makers apparently decided they didn't feel like seeing anymore late fourth-quarter passes fired through the back of the end zone. According to multiple reports, the team plans to start rookie QB Jaxson Dart instead of Russell Wilson this Sunday against the Chargers.

Giants WR Malik Nabers racked up nine catches for 167 yards and two TDs against the Cowboys in an overtime loss on Sunday. Nabers made spectacular catches and dominated the Cowboys after the catch. Nabers is now up to 123 career catches, the most by any player in his first 17 NFL games.

Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson (ankle) is active for today’s game vs. the Cowboys. He only got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday and was listed as questionable. Robinson would be a shaky Week 2 fantasy start.

Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson (ankle) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Cowboys. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday, and the team has sounded optimistic about his status for this one. But Robinson is a low-upside fantasy option even at 100%. Try not to use him.

Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson (ankle) returned to a limited practice on Thursday. That should have him on track to play vs. the Cowboys this weekend, but we'll check on his status again on Friday afternoon. Robinson drew eight targets in the opener.

Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson (ankle) did not practice on Wednesday. We don't have any other details on his status. Hopefully Robinson isn't in your Week 2 fantasy plans, but his absence would leave behind significant target opportunity. Robinson ranked second among Giants with eight targets in the opener.

WR Darius Slayton signed a three-year $36 million deal to stay with the New York Giants. That total is less than they offered RB Saquon Barkley last offseason. Slayton should slot in exactly where he sat in 2024 as the WR3 behind Malik Nabers and Wan'Dale Robinson

Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson made 7 receptions for 62 yards among 12 targets in Sunday's loss to the Falcons. It was Robinson's most targets, receptions, and yards since Week 4. The numbers also nearly matched WR Malik Nabers, who caught seven balls for 68 yards among 14 targets.

Giants WR Malik Nabers caught 10-of-14 targets for 82 yards. He also had a TD from QB Tim Boyle in the fourth quarter. Nabers led the team in targets with WR Wan’Dale Robinson second on the team with nine.

Where would you have guessed Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson ranked among NFL WRs in total targets before reading that headline? Robinson's 67 targets through Week 7 trails only Jets WR Garrett Wilson (75). He also ranks fourth at the position in targets per game. He added a team-high 9 targets to his season total in Sunday's loss to the Eagles. Rookie WR Malik Nabers garnered 8 targets in his return from a two-game concussion.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (concussion) is out for Sunday night's game vs. the Bengals. He's yet to practice after sustaining a concussion 15 days ago. We'll see if Nabers can get cleared for Week 7's game vs. the Eagles. His absence this weekend again leaves Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton as New York's top two WRs. They accounted for 20 of the team's 34 targets last week.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (concussion) remained sidelined for Thursday's practice. With multiple stages of the protocol to pass through still, he's unlikely to be cleared in time for Sunday night's game vs. the Bengals. We'll update Nabers' status again tomorrow but are removing him from the Week 6 Rankings for now. Nabers' absence boosts the target projections for WRs Wan'Dale Robinson and Darius Slayton.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (concussion) is out for this weekend's game vs. the Seahawks, HC Brian Daboll said Friday morning. Nabers has made slower-than-usual progress through the protocol, although he's still a good bet to be cleared in time for Week 6's game vs. the Bengals. Nabers leaves behind a whopping 36% of the Giants' targets. WR Wan'Dale Robinson, who's already averaging 9.5 targets per game on a 26% share, could add a bit more volume on Sunday. Ditto for WRs Darius Slayton and Jalin Hyatt, who figures to pick up most of Nabers' departed snaps. But Robinson is the only Giants WR we'd feel comfortable using in Week 5 fantasy lineups.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (concussion) will not practice on Thursday, HC Brian Daboll said. The rookie is now a long shot to be cleared in time for Sunday's game vs. the Seahawks, a sentiment echoed by ESPN's Jordan Raanan.

Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson caught 11 of 14 targets for 71 yards in Thursday night's loss to the Cowboys. The targets and catches were both career highs. As usual, Robinson didn't have any opportunities downfield. His longest catch went for just 11 yards. But he was a quality short-range target for QB Daniel Jones, consistently creating separation on his routes and picking up additional yards after the catch.

The Giants added WR Malik Nabers to the practice report as limited Thursday with a knee injury. That indicates he hurt the joint in practice. We'll watch for more details on the issue and the rookie's Week 2 outlook.

Giants HC Brian Daboll has been calling plays on offense so far this offseason, according to ESPN's Jordan Raanan. OC Mike Kafka handled those duties over the past two years. The team hasn't officially announced the change, but it looks like it'll be Daboll at the controls this season.

ESPN's Jordan Ranaan reports that Giants TE Darren Waller is expected to announce next week whether he'll play this season -- and that "people in and around the team expect that he's going to retire." The team has a two-day mandatory minicamp starting on June 11. Waller's expected to deliver his decision ahead of that.
