Ravens HC Jesse Minter said Saturday that WR Zay Flowers is “day to day” with a quad contusion, according to The Athletic’s Jeff Zrebiec. That doesn’t sound like an injury that should affect his season at all, but we’ll watch for any reason to reconsider that.
Isaiah Likely Suffers Ankle Injury, Set To Miss Time
Ravens TE Isaiah Likely suffered an ankle injury near the end of Tuesday’s practice, according to Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic. Likely is set to have an MRI on Wednesday but is expected to be out “a few weeks,” HC Jim Harbaugh said.
Zay Flowers Hurts Right Knee
Ravens WR Zay Flowers injured his right knee in the second quarter of Saturday's game vs. the Browns. He was initially deemed questionable to return before being ruled out at halftime. We'll look for an update on Flowers' injury and his status for next weekend's playoff opener. WR Rashod Bateman and TE Mark Andrews tied for the team lead with eight targets in the win over Cleveland.
Update: HC John Harbaugh said after the game that Flowers will have an MRI on Sunday and has a "chance" to be ready for the playoffs.
