Siemian expected to start Week 9

        Trevor Siemian Headshot

Saints QB Trevor Siemian is expected to start Sunday's game vs. the Falcons, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. It's a surprise with QB Taysom Hill set to clear concussion protocol. It's unclear if Siemian is just the Week 9 starter or in line to start the rest of the way. He played well in relief of QB Jameis Winston in last week's win over the Bucs, completing 16 of 29 passes for 159 yards and a score. But in a run-leaning offense with no rushing upside, Siemian is an unexciting fantasy play.
