Breece Hall Out Again Thursday

Jets RB Breece Hall (knee) missed his second straight practice on Thursday. That's a downgrade from last week, when Hall was limited on Thursday. He's not a lock to play vs. the Dolphins this weekend. Hall's absence would leave Braelon Allen as the Jets' likely lead back, with Isaiah Davis as the No. 2.
