Falcons OC Zac Robinson expects TE Kyle Pitts to take a "big jump" in 2025. "You know, Year 2 of the system. Year 2 of understanding what we're trying to do offensively," Robinson added. "All those things that come with it, so expecting a lot of good things from Kyle."
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
We don't blame you if you're rolling your eyes at this one. Pitts has done nothing but disappoint since his 1,026-yard rookie season. His yards per game the past three years:
- 2022 - 35.6
- 2023 - 39.2
- 2024 - 35.4
Efficiency and volume have been problems for Pitts.
His yards per route has declined each year since that 2021 rookie campaign, bottoming out at 1.33 last year. That ranked 23rd among 36 TEs with 40+ targets.
Pitts has also seen his target share tank. After drawing 26.1% of Falcons targets in a 10-game 2022, Pitts has registered 17.0% and 13.2% shares the last two years.
We're not betting on a big rebound from Pitts in 2025 — especially with WRs Drake London and Darnell Mooney back. But Pitts' 13th-round, TE18 ADP is cheap enough that taking some shots on him in best ball drafts makes sense.
