Vikings’ WR Justin Jefferson (hamstring) is expected to return to practice this week, according to Kevin Seifert of ESPN.
What They're Saying
Seifert: “Justin Jefferson (hamstring) will participate in part of practice today, Kevin O’Connell said. First time since the second day of training camp.”

While there wasn’t any concern regarding Jefferson’s Week 1 availability, it’s still a welcome sight to see the All-Pro WR back on the practice field. Jefferson hadn’t practiced in nearly a month, but his return, in any capacity, suggests he is getting close to 100%.
Minnesota couldn’t be happier.
The Vikings always need their star wideout. But they really need him now. WR Jordan Addison is suspended the first three games of the season, Jalen Nailor is week-to-week with a hand injury, and Rondale Moore suffered a season-ending injury in Week 1 of the preseason. In two games with Addison sidelined last year, Jefferson averaged 22 PPR points per game, while drawing a target on 30% of his routes.
He remains a top-three WR in our rankings.
