Add a league for Mock Drafting, Draft War Room & In-season sync
Rams QB Matt Stafford (back) has been a full participant in practice this week, according to HC Sean McVay. And it sounds like his back has responded well to the work.
McVay on Stafford: “He’s taken full practice loads every single day. He’s been a 100 percent participant in everything we’ve done this week. That makes me feel good. I thought he’s done an awesome job. Guys have gotten better and I think it’s important to be able to establish that rapport with the guys you’re gonna be playing with on September 7. ... I love what he's done this week and very pleased with the progress we've had."
The vibes on Stafford are better now than they've been at any point this summer. While McVay stopped short of guaranteeing that Stafford will play Week 1, he's certainly trending in the right direction.
Stafford won't travel with the team to Cleveland for Saturday's preseason game, but we'll continue to keep a close eye on him when the Rams get back to practice next week.
We've noticed WRs Puka Nacua and Davante Adams falling in ADP in recent fantasy drafts. They've barely moved in our rankings throughout this Stafford ordeal.
Nacua remains an excellent pick near the end of Round 1 or anywhere in Round 2. Adams is a nice value in Round 4.
