Falcons RB Bijan Robbinson managed only 24 yards on 12 carries in Sunday's Week 1 loss to Tampa Bay. But he delivered for fantasy managers with 6 grabs, 100 yards, and 1 score. His 16.6% target share ranked third on the team behind Drake London and Kyle Pitts.

Robinson caught a simple dump off from QB Michael Penix Jr. on Atlanta’s first drive. But he had the space to make one defender miss and received a pair of nice downfield blocks to spring him for a 50-yard TD. That marked the second-longest TD of Robinson’s career.
On the ground, Robinson found little room to run. His long run went for only 6 yards, while he ranked near the bottom of all Week 1 RBs with -1.25 rush yards over expected per attempt (per Next Gen Stats). Note: Atlanta entered this one without starting RT Kaleb McGary. They also lost starting C Drew Dalman to the Bears in free agency.
Ultimately, we’re not worried about Robinson’s rush efficiency going forward. The same is true for his volume, although it’s at least noteworthy that backup Tyler Allgeier mixed in for only two fewer carries (10). He managed just 2.4 YPC, with two of his attempts coming on 3rd and 4th and short situations.
Robinson will be tested again on Sunday night against the Vikings. Of course, he remains a clear-cut RB1.
