Packers TE Tucker Kraft ripped off a career-high 124 yards and a TD on six receptions in Thursday night's win over the Commanders. His biggest play was a 57-yard catch and run in the first quarter. Washington blew the coverage to leave Kraft wide open down the seam, but he put his plus athleticism on display to add another 30 yards or so after the catch. Kraft also made a key eight-yard grab to convert a third-and-six in the fourth quarter and then scored from eight yards out a few plays later to cap off the big game.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Kraft has hit pay dirt in two straight games to open the 2025 campaign. He leads the Packers in yards (140), catches (8), and targets (11).
Kraft has drawn 20.8% of Green Bay's targets so far -- a number he could maintain going forward, especially with WR Jayden Reed expected to miss the next 6-8 weeks with a broken collarbone.
The biggest risk to Kraft's fantasy value is a Packers defense that's looked dominant so far. This team figures to be playing with plenty of leads, which could suppress the passing volume.
But Kraft should continue to be efficient. He gave us George Kittle vibes on Thursday night. And QB Jordan Love is playing really well.
Consider Kraft a locked-in TE1 going forward. He could finish the year as a top-five scorer at the position.
