TE Tyler Warren continued the scorching start to his rookie campaing by leading the Colts in receiving and scoring his third TD of the season in the Colts' 31-27 victory over the Arizona Cardinals. Warren led Indy's pass-catchers in snaps (52), targets (9), receptions (6), and receiving yards 63. He also caught one of QB Daniel Jones' 2 TD strikes, from 8 yards out.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Selected by the Colts with the 14th pick of the 2025 NFL Draft, Warren may have been the second TE drafted but he looks like one of the best TEs in the league.
In his first 6 NFL games, Warren has posted 5 top-12 fantasy performances in PPR scoring:
• Week 1 - 9 targets, 7 catches, 76 yards. 0 TD (TE3).
• Week 2 - 7 targets ,4 catches, 79 yards, 0 TD (TE7).
• Week 3 - 5 targets, 3 catches, 38 yards, 0 TD (TE23).
• Week 4 - 6 targets, 5 catches, 70 yards, 1 TD (TE2).
• Week 5 - 4 targets, 4 catches, 44 yards, 1 TD (TE11).
• Week 6 - 9 targets, 6 catches, 63 yards, 1 TD (projected TE3).
One of this 3 TDs came on the ground. Last season at Penn State, Warren rushed 26 times for 218 yards and 4 TDs. He's also a former high-school QB, giving HC Shane Steichen even more ways to use him creatively.
Warren has already proven to be a formidable weapon with the ball in his hands. He ranks second among all TEs in yards after catch, and was leading the position in receiving yards ahead of Week 6.
On Sunday, the Cardinals were able to limit WR Michael Pittman Jr. to 20 yards, but they had no answers for Warren right out of the gate. He caught 3 passes for 37 yards, including the 8-yard score on the Colts' opening drive.
Warren's career is off to fast start and the rookie TE looks poised to be one of the top-3 fantasy options in 2025.
