One week after getting out-carried by Kendre Miller, Alvin Kamara out-touched Miller 15-9 in the Saints' 25-19 Week 6 loss to the Patriots. Although Kamara played 2 fewer snaps in Week 6 than he did in Week 5, he played a higher percentage of plays versus the Patriots, temporarily quelling concerns that the Saints were looking to move on from their long-time veteran RB.

Kamara said prior to this week's game that he had no desire to be traded. And he showed he's still got enough left in the tank to be an effective weapon, even in a Saints' offense that is rebuilding.
In Week 6, Kamara played only 35 snaps, but his snap rate increased from Week 5. Meanwhile, Miller played 4 fewer snaps and saw his snap share stay the same from last week's outing:
• Alvin Kamara - 35 snaps (62.5%), 15 touches, 76 yards
• Kendre Miller - 22 snaps (39.2%), 9 touches, 32 yards
Kamara reeled in all 5 of this targets, his third game in a row with 5-plus looks and 4-plus receptions. He also has dominated the valuable 2-minute and red-zone touches all season.
Only four teams (Cleveland, Tennessee, Las Vegas, Cincinnati) are scoring fewer points per game than the Saints' 18.5. This limits Kamara's TD opportunities, but as long as he remains involved in the passing game, Kamara will see plenty of favorable game scripts. The Saints are underdogs in 9 of their final 11 games.
