Despite not having star WR Puka Nacua (ankle) active, QB Matthew Stafford tossed 5 TD passes in the Rams' 35-7 dismantling of the Jacksonville Jaguars. This was the fifth time in his career that Stafford has tossed 5 TDs in a game, but the first time with the Rams. Both teams will fly home and a Week 8 bye.

Stafford's other 2 scores went to WR Konata Mumpfield and TE Terrance Ferguson. Stafford completed 21 of his 33 attempts for just 182 yards but completed passes to 10 different receivers.
Jacksonville actually out-gained Los Angeles 358-271 in this game but were undone by penalties (13 for 119 yards) and turning the ball over on downs 4 times.
QB Trevor Lawrence was also sacked 7 times.
Stafford entered this game leading the league in passing yards. He now boasts a league-best 17-to-2 TD-to-INT ratio.
After their Week 9 bye, the Rams are expected to have Nacua back in the the lineup for a home date with the New Orleans Saints.
The Jaguars will travel to Las Vegas to take on the Raiders in Week 9.
