Shane Hallam's Seven Round 2025 NFL Mock Draft

Landing spots and draft capital are two key factors in determining rookie values heading into your rookie drafts.

You've probably read a myriad of one-round mock drafts - anyone can do those.

This year marks the 22nd NFL Draft I have scouted and covered. I've producing seven round mock drafts and rankings since 2004.

While anyone can just sling out a new mock, I bring my top-five accuracy in Big Board projection (better than Mel Kiper, Daniel Jeremiah, and Lance Zierlein). I've even won the contest twice (only six people have ever been multi-year winners).

If you want to know where players wiil go in the NFL Draft, cutting through the noise of the buzz, this is the place.

Finding gems that will go on Day 3 of the NFL Draft remains an advantage in your dynasty league. NFL scouts overlooked players like Puka Nacua, Isiah Pacheco, and Maxx Crosby.

Getting insight on these potential players BEFORE the NFL Draft gives you a distinct advantage over your league.

Read on and identify the late-round sleepers that will turn your dynasty rebuild into a contender!

Here is my FINAL 2025 Seven Round Mock Draft

Round 1

1) Tennessee Titans: Cam Ward, QB, Miami

There is little doubt who the Titans will select first overall. Ward's strong arm and ability to improvise fits the Brian Callahan offense perfectly. He has QB1 upside.

Get the lowdown on Cam Ward's dynasty value.

2) Cleveland Browns: Travis Hunter, WR/CB, Colorado

The Browns inch closer to locking in Travis Hunter, who has made it known that he wants to play full-time at both CB and WR.

Browns GM Andrew Berry declared that the team views Hunter as a WR first, so this could send Hunter rocketing to the top of rookie drafts.

Check out Travis Hunter's dynasty value.

3) New York Giants: Abdul Carter, Edge, Penn State

Carter is the third elite prospect of this draft (and my No. 1 overall player). If the Giants can't move down, Carter will likely replace Kayvon Thibodeaux.

4) New England Patriots: Will Campbell, OT, LSU

Protecting Drake Maye takes precedence over adding a weapon. Campbell has short arms, but his success in the SEC proves he can be a LT.

5) Jacksonville Jaguars: Ashton Jeanty, RB, Boise State

Jeanty gives an elite offensive weapon for the Jaguars. He is the seventh highest RB I've ever graded. Expect them to cast out Travis Etienne.

See why Jeanty profiles as a top-5 pick in our full scouting report.

6) Las Vegas Raiders: Mason Graham, DL, Michigan

The Raiders will likely look to move down, but Graham gives interior pass rush which could help shape the defense.

7) New York Jets: Tyler Warren, TE, Penn State

Setting up Justin Fields for success is crucial. Getting this versatile weapon, who can not only be a reliable receiver but also block and take snaps in short-yardage spots.

OC Tanner Engstrand may see Warren similar to Sam LaPorta, helping to open up the offense.

Here is our take on Tyler Warren's dynasty value.

8) Carolina Panthers: Jalon Walker, Edge, Georgia

The Panthers rely on aging pass rushers and need a significant upgrade. Walker can be a Micah Parsons-esque EDGE player who could also stand up and play off-ball.

9) New Orleans Saints: Mykel Williams, Edge, Georgia

This would be a massive overdraft to me, but Williams long arms and explosiveness will convince a team to take him too high.

10) Chicago Bears: Armand Membou, OT, Missouri

The Bears remade their interior O-line in free agency, but getting a franchise LT has to be a high priority. Membou has the best 2024 film of any OL in this draft.

11) San Francisco 49ers: Kelvin Banks, OT, Texas

LT Trent Williams will enter the season at 37. Getting a replacement in Banks, who also possesses athletic feet and functional strength would be ideal in the long term.

12) Dallas Cowboys: Tetairoa McMillan, WR, Arizona

McMillan looks to be the first WR off the board. His size and athleticism would make him a terror outside, especially with CeeDee Lamb in the slot.

Take a look at Tet McMilan's potential in our scouting report.

13) Miami Dolphins: Malaki Starks, S, Georgia

Starks can play the nickel or deep and help rebuild the pass defense for the Dolphins.

14) Indianapolis Colts: Colston Loveland, TE, Michigan

Concerns about Loveland's shoulder could push him down, but the Colts need a check down option for Anthony Richardson.

Check out Loveland's Dynasty Value.

15) Atlanta Falcons: Shemar Stewart, Edge, Texas A&M

Stewart lacks ideal production, but his size, length, and first step are massive. He changed more plays in 2024 than the stat sheet indicated.

16) Arizona Cardinals: Will Johnson, CB, Michigan

The Cardinals could go several ways. Getting an elite CB who fell due to injury concerns is one way to help improve the defense.

17) Cincinnati Bengals: Walter Nolen, DL, Mississippi

Nolen flashed production and upside at every stop of his college career. Getting penetration from the interior is the first step to remaking the Bengals defense.

18) Seattle Seahawks: Tyler Booker, IOL, Alabama

Booker rarely made a mistake at Alabama with functional strength and feet. He can be a pulling guard to lead the way for Kenneth Walker.

19) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Jihaad Campbell, LB, Alabama

Campbell can play off-ball, edge, or drop into coverage. His versatility could make him the heir to Lavonte David.

20) Denver Broncos: Omarion Hampton, RB, North Carolina

It's a chalk pick, but Sean Payton needs a strong run game. Hampton has three-down potential with massive fantasy upside.

Check out our take on Omarion Hampton's dynasty value.

21) Pittsburgh Steelers: Jaxson Dart, QB, Mississippi

The Steelers have a first-round grade on Dart, and he fits Arthur Smith's offense better than Shedeur Sanders. With D.K. Metcalf and George Pickens, Dart should have QB1 upside when he starts

Check out our analysis on Dart's film

22) Los Angeles Chargers: Mike Green, Edge, Marshall

Green's off-field concerns will determine his draft stock. The Chargers would be a good locker room for him and add a defensive playmaker.

23) Green Bay Packers: Matthew Golden, WR, Texas

Christian Watson's injuries may be the end of his opportunity. Golden could step into that role and offer a deep threat for Jordan Love.

Is Golden's 4.29 speed legit? We break down his dynasty value here.

24) *TRADE* New Orleans Saints: Shedeur Sanders, QB, Colorado

Saints give up: #40 & #71

Vikings give up: #24

Sanders likely will be too expensive at #9 for the Saints, but if he falls to this spot, it may be an easy decision to move up and take their shot.

Will Sanders become a fantasy star? Take a look at his dynasty value.

25) Houston Texans: Josh Conerly Jr., OT, Oregon

Conerly would step in as a Laremy Tunsil replacement. He is an attacking OT who should help get the Texans' OL back to protecting C.J. Stroud.

26) Los Angeles Rams: Maxwell Hairston, CB, Kentucky

The Rams still have major holes in their secondary and Hairston's jam ability fits Chris Shula's defense.

27) Baltimore Ravens: James Pearce, Edge, Tennessee

The Ravens go best player available and add one of the best pass rushers in the SEC over the past two seasons.

28) Detroit Lions: Grey Zabel, IOL, North Dakota State

Zabel is a versatile OL who can play OT or inside as a Center or Guard. His toughness and athleticism would be an ideal fit for the Lions.

29) Washington Commanders: Emeka Egbuka, WR, Ohio State

Egbuka adds another weapon for Jayden Daniels, an ideal slot WR for them. One of the safest picks of the draft.

We broke down Emeka Egbuka's dynasty value.

30) Buffalo Bills: Jahdae Barron, CB, Texas

Barron doesn't look like a first-round corner, but his technique is so good that he is tough to best. He can play in the slot or outside, and that versatility should help solidify the Bills secondary.

31) Kansas City Chiefs: Kenneth Grant, DL, Michigan

Not the biggest need for the Chiefs, but Grant next to Chris Jones would be a terror.

32) Philadelphia Eagles: Donovan Ezeiruaku, Edge, Boston College

Ezeiruaku's tenacity and production would make him a key contributor for the Eagles

Round 2

33) Cleveland Browns: Jalen Milroe, QB, Alabama

The Browns add Milroe to develop behind Joe Flacco and Kenny Pickett. Milroe offers dynamic rushing upside for fantasy, and if he goes top-50, he will be worth stashing in dynasty.

34) New York Giants: Jonah Savaiinaea, IOL, Arizona

35) Tennessee Titans: Jaylin Noel, WR, Iowa State

Noel's speed downfield and his toughness should be an asset for new QB Cam Ward.

36) Jacksonville Jaguars: Derrick Harmon, DL, Oregon

37) Las Vegas Raiders: Luther Burden, WR, Missouri

Burden will need a unique offense to utilize his after the catch ability. OC Chip Kelly's offense fits Burden, molding him into the top WR on the Raiders.

Check out Luther Burden's dynasty value and upside.

38) New England Patriots: Trey Amos, CB, Mississippi

39) Chicago Bears (from Panthers): TreVeyon Henderson, RB, Ohio State

Henderson has legit buzz as a first-round pick, perhaps even above Omarion Hampton. He takes the Jahmyr Gibbs role in HC Ben Johnson's offense.

See our assessment of TreVeyon Henderson's dynasty value.

40) Minnesota Vikings (from Saints): Nick Emmanwori, S, South Carolina

41) Chicago Bears: Mason Taylor, TE, LSU

Ben Johnson's offense thrives with a TE who can play in the slot or in line. Taylor's soft hands and blocking, along with his versatility, make him a check-down target for Caleb Williams.

42) New York Jets: Aireontae Ersery, OT, Minnesota

43) San Francisco 49ers: Tyleik Williams, DL, Ohio State

44) Dallas Cowboys: Quinshon Judkins, RB, Ohio State

Judkins may not be an ideal fit for HC Brian Schottenheimer's zone scheme, but he does have three-down potential to start over Javonte Williams.

Get our full assessment of Quinshon Judkins.

45) Indianapolis Colts: Carson Schwesinger, LB, UCLA

46) Atlanta Falcons: Shavon Revel Jr., CB, ECU

47) Arizona Cardinals: JT Tuimoloau, Edge, Ohio State

48) Miami Dolphins: Josh Simmons, OT, Ohio State

49) Cincinnati Bengals: Nic Scourton, Edge, Texas A&M

50) Seattle Seahawks: Kyle Williams, WR, Washington State

Williams may be the best pure deep threat in the draft, forcing Safeties to stay back against Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

51) Denver Broncos: TJ Sanders, DL, South Carolina

52) Seattle Seahawks (from Steelers): Elijah Arroyo, TE, Miami

Arroyo adds an athletic red zone option in Klint Kubiak's offense.

53) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Benjamin Morrison, CB, Notre Dame

54) Green Bay Packers: Azareye'h Thomas, CB, Florida State

55) Los Angeles Chargers: Elic Ayomanor, WR, Stanford

Ayomanor is a bit raw, but he can play outside and compliment Ladd McConkey.

Check out our article on Ayomanor's upside.

56) Buffalo Bills (from Vikings through Texans): Shemar Turner, DL, Texas A&M

57) Carolina Panthers (from Rams): Jayden Higgins, WR, Iowa State

Higgins would line up opposite Xavier Legette, giving the Panthers another true threat. He has fantasy upside and could even overtake Legette as the top WR on the team.

Learn about Jayden Higgins stud potential.

58) Houston Texans: Alfred Collins, DL, Texas

59) Baltimore Ravens: Xavier Watts, S, Notre Dame

60) Detroit Lions: Landon Jackson, Edge, Arkansas

61) Washington Commanders: Ashton Gillotte, Edge, Louisville

62) Buffalo Bills: Danny Stutsman, LB, Oklahoma

63) Kansas City Chiefs: Donovan Jackson, OT, Ohio State

64) Philadelphia Eagles: Emery Jones, OT, LSU

Round 3

65) New York Giants: Tyler Shough, QB, Louisville

A 6'5 QB who can run a 4.6 40 time sounds perfect for Daboll's offense. Shough is older, but still would get time to sit behind Russell Wilson

66) Kansas City Chiefs (from Titans): Oluwafemi Oladejo, Edge, UCLA

67) Cleveland Browns: Smael Mondon, LB, Georgia

68) Las Vegas Raiders: Kaleb Johnson, RB, Iowa

If the Raiders miss out on Jeanty, Johnson would give a three-down option on a wide open depth chart.

Check out Kaleb Johnson's dynasty value.

69) New England Patriots: Dylan Sampson, RB, Tennessee

Samspon adds a bit of lightning to Rhamondre Stevenson's thunder.

We broke down Dylan Sampson's upside.

70) Jacksonville Jaguars: Billy Bowman, S, Oklahoma

71) Minnesota Vikings (from Saints): TJ Sanders, DL, South Carolina

72) Chicago Bears: Darien Porter, CB, Iowa State

73) New York Jets: Ozzy Trapilo, OT, Boston College

74) Carolina Panthers: Jonas Sanker, S, Washington

75) San Francisco 49ers: Ty Robinson, DL, Nebraska

76) Dallas Cowboys: Princely Umanmielen, Edge, Mississippi

77) New England Patriots (from Falcons): Jack Bech, WR, TCU

Bech's route running and sharp footwork would make him the top target for the Patriots.

78) Arizona Cardinals: Charles Grant, OT, William & Mary

79) Houston Texans (from Dolphins through Eagles and Commanders): Jalen Royals, WR, Utah State

With Tank Dell out for awhile, Royals could step in as a starter immediately. Royals has RB ability after the catch.

Check out our full Jalen Royals' scouting report.

80) Indianapolis Colts: Jack Sawyer, Edge, Ohio State

81) Cincinnati Bengals: Kevin Winston Jr., S, Penn State

82) Seattle Seahawks: Jared Wilson, IOL, Georgia

83) Pittsburgh Steelers: Darius Alexander, DL, Toledo

84) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Josaiah Stewart, Edge, Michigan

85) Denver Broncos Savion Williams, WR, TCU

Williams is a unique weapon who is part RB and part WR. The Broncos seem to like these types and he could add even more depth to a young unit.

86) Los Angeles Chargers: Terrance Ferguson, TE, Oregon

Ferguson's athleticism would allow him to play in-line or even be swung out to the slot for the Chargers.

87) Green Bay Packers: Bradyn Swinson, Edge, LSU

88) Jacksonville Jaguars (from Vikings): Marcus Mbow, OT, Purdue

89) Houston Texans: Tate Ratledge, IOL, Georgia

90) Los Angeles Rams: Demetrius Knight, LB, South Carolina

91) Baltimore Ravens: Garrett Dellinger, IOL, LSU

92) Seattle Seahawks (from Lions through Jets and Raiders): Tory Horton, WR, Colorado State

Horton may have gone higher, but his final season was cut short by injury. He will be an outside WR to complement Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

93) New Orleans Saints (from Commanders): Jalen Rivers, OT, Miami

94) Cleveland Browns (from Bills): Kyle Kennard, Edge, South Carolina

95) Kansas City Chiefs: Jacob Parrish, CB, Kansas State

96) Philadelphia Eagles: Joshua Farmer, DL, Florida State

97) Minnesota Vikings (Compensatory Selection): Barrett Carter, LB, Clemson

98) Miami Dolphins (Compensatory Selection): Harold Fannin Jr., TE, Bowling Green

Fannin holds numerous college TE records, but would do well to learn from Jonnu Smith before taking on a full-time role.

99) New York Giants (Compensatory Selection): Cameron Williams, OT, Texas

100) San Francisco 49ers (Special Compensatory Selection): Quincy Riley, CB, Louisville

101) Los Angeles Rams (Special Compensatory Selection): Tre Harris, WR, Mississippi

Harris' production in the SEC screams for the Cooper Kupp role, but there are some reg flags.

Howard joins his OC Chip Kelly as the backup to Geno Smith.

109) Buffalo Bills (from Bears): Andrew Mukuba, S, Texas
