Rams TE Tyler Higbee ranked third on the team Sunday in targets (4) and receptions (4), tallying 37 yards in the win over the Titans. That marked the second straight game in which he has ranked third on the team in pass routes.
Higbee ran a route on 65.6% of the team's dropbacks in Week 1. That dropped slightly to 61.8% against Tennessee. But Week 2 presented a much larger gap between Higbee and the No. 2 TE (Davis Allen).
Higbee ran 21 routes Sunday to Allen's four. The Week before round Higbee running 21, Allen 11, and Colby Parkinson nine.
The role hasn't delivered much production through two games, though. And running routes on 60-66% of his team's dropbacks will rank Higbee well into TE2 territory.
So he's not a candidate for 1-TE formats. But there's some best-ball upside here.
