Ravens QB Lamar Jackson had his third awful fantasy performance in a row going 17-32 for 246 yards and no TDs. On the ground, Jackson only ran six times for 27 yards. He threw one INT and lost two more fumbles in the game. It is the first time in Jackson’s career that he has gone three straight games without a passing TD. His previous two contests ended as QB25 and QB29. He certainly won’t reach the top 24 QBs this week either.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
If Lamar couldn’t perform against one of the worst defenses in the Bengals, there might be little hope of a turnaround. It is extremely hard to bench Lamar with his rushing ability, but clearly something is off with him or the offense.
Part of the issue could be him popping up on the injury report with hamstring, knee, ankle, and toe issues over the last few weeks. Though he has played through those injuries, Jackson doesn’t look 100%. He is a bit more tentative in his decision making and not throwing with his usual touch or accuracy. That spells doom with the lack of weapons for the Ravens.
TEs led the way (as they usually do against the Bengals). Isaiah Likely went 5-95-0 on 6 targets while Mark Andrews went 4-47-0 on 6 targets. Zay Flowers went 2-6-0 with a lost fumble on 7 targets, though he had a TD taken away on a ticky-tack offensive pass interference call.
Derrick Henry was the only one to make it out with some fantasy relevance with 104 total yards and a TD on 11 touches.
Overall, the Ravens don’t appear to be the prolific offense we have seen in the past and you may even be able to stream defenses against them. The team totaled 5 turnovers in the game.
If you have options that can rival Jackson, it may be time to consider sitting him down, no matter the match-up. At least until he proves he is 100% healthy.
