        Kamara out again Thursday

Saints RB Alvin Kamara (knee) remained sidelined for Thursday's practice. Insider Nick Underhill now considers him "doubtful" to play vs. the Titans on Sunday. "Kamara could get healthy by Sunday and play without practicing this week, but it seems unlikely from what I'm hearing that that's gonna be the outcome," Underhill adds. We'll get another update on Kamara tomorrow, but fantasy owners should be planning to be without him in Week 10. Kamara's absence would leave Mark Ingram as New Orleans' lead back -- and a solid RB2 in fantasy lineups.
