Giants WR Kadarius Toney has tested positive for COVID. That obviously lands him on the list and lessens his chance of returning for Sunday's game against the Cowboys. Toney wouldn't have been an attractive fantasy play anyway, coming off an oblique injury and facing an uncertain QB situation.
