New Jets WR Davante Adams is "planning" to play vs. the Steelers on Sunday night, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. We'll see if Adams' (alleged) hamstring injury impacts his practice week. Considering his long history with QB Aaron Rodgers, we'd expect his transition to a new team to be much smoother than it is for most WRs who move in-season. The matchup is tough against Pittsburgh's fourth-ranked WR defense, but Adams will certainly be startable for most fantasy teams.
We'll see exactly how targets are divvied in this new-look WR corps, but Adams' addition is an obvious threat to WR Garrett Wilson's volume. He's moving down the Week 7 WR Rankings.
QB Aaron Rodgers is getting a bump up, although he's still not a recommended QB1 on the road in Pittsburgh.
