WR Kadarius Toney was arrested and charged with assault in Georgia last week. According to police documents, Toney allegedly put his hand around a woman's throat and squeezed "with enough force to cause her to be unable to [breathe]." He then took the woman's phone to prevent her from calling authorities. Toney appeared in only three games for the Browns last season, finishing catch-less and getting released in December after muffing a punt.
