1. Josh Allen, Buffalo Bills
Allen was awful for three quarters last week, throwing for 121 yards and an INT, but he bounced back with a huge fourth quarter that included 2 TDs. He is unbenchable at this point and has been a top-10 fantasy QB in each of these last three weeks. That should continue this week at home for Allen.
2. Drake Maye, New England Patriots
(Played Thursday)
3. Lamar Jackson, Baltimore Ravens
Jackson dealt with some knee soreness early in the week but was a full participant in Thursday's practice. We're not expecting the knee to be an issue this weekend. Jackson gets a challenging draw, though, on the road against the Browns' fifth-ranked QB defense. Baltimore is implied for an abnormally low 23.5 points -- just 12th highest on the week. You're not benching Jackson in season-long leagues, but he's unlikely to give you a ceiling performance this week.
4. Patrick Mahomes, Kansas City Chiefs
Mahomes struggled two weeks ago against the Bills, completing only 15 passes for 250 yards and no TDs. But coming out of the bye, the Chiefs should scheme up something that works better for Mahomes. With Patrick Surtain out again for the Broncos, things should be easier for Mahomes than the Broncos' defensive stats indicate. Start Mahomes with confidence.
5. Justin Herbert, Los Angeles Chargers
Herbert's tallied 2+ TDs in four of his past five outings. He draws a bottom-five Jags pass defense that might remain without CB Jourdan Lewis.
6. Jalen Hurts, Philadelphia Eagles
Monday night stunk, but we have to shrug it off when we look at Hurts. That game -- against a talented Green Bay defense -- followed three straight top-8 fantasy finishes for the Philly QB.
7. Dak Prescott, Dallas Cowboys
Prescott entered the Week 10 bye on a down note after a pair of quiet games against the Broncos and Cardinals. But Week 11 sets up well for Prescott to get back on track. Before that, Prescott had been on a tear, averaging 270 passing yards and 3 TDs in his previous 4 outings. In Week 11, Prescott had an extra week to prepare for an average Las Vegas defense. The Cowboys carry the third-highest implied total (27) for Week 11, setting up Prescott to have another week of top-10 fantasy production.
8. Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams
Stafford’s on a massive heater, throwing for 4 or 5 TDs in three straight. He’s a clear QB1 this week against the Seahawks, although he’ll be tested in one of his toughest matchups of the year. Seattle sits fifth in pass defense DVOA; third in pressure rate.
9. Caleb Williams, Chicago Bears
Williams’ five games since the bye underscore his wide range of potential outcomes. Those outings have seen him finish: QB10, QB27, QB20, QB4, and QB4. This week finds a Minnesota defense that has slipped. The Vikings rank just 17th in total DVOA and 19th against the pass. Williams already logged a QB9 finish against them in Week 1.
10. Joe Flacco, Cincinnati Bengals
Flacco has posted top-ten QB weeks in each of the last three games and faces a Steelers defense he torched for 342 yards and 3 TDs just three weeks ago. He has 45+ attempts in three of his four games with the team. The Steelers' secondary remains banged up, so this is a great spot for Flacco.
11. Geno Smith, Las Vegas Raiders
2025 has been a lousy year for Smith. He has thrown the league's second-most INTs (12), and the Raiders rank 27th in passing and 31st in scoring. Smith enters this game as the overall QB22, but Week 11 sets up favorably for him to be a good streaming option. He'll face a Dallas defense that gives up the most fantasy points to QBs. All 9 starting QBs that have faced the Cowboys have scored multiple TDs. This game also carries a 50.5-point total, which sets up well for Smith.
12. Jacoby Brissett, Arizona Cardinals
Brissett has delivered top-12 finishes in all four of his starts since Kyler Murray went down. Losing WR Marvin Harrison Jr. to appendix excavation this week hurts, but the wideout has accounted for a mere 14.7% of Brissett’s completions through four games, and 19.6% of his passing yards. We lowered Brissett’s floor and ceiling on the Harrison news, which nudged the QB down the ranks. But there’s still nothing scary about a 49ers defense that sits fourth-friendliest to QBs by our adjusted fantasy points allowed.
13. Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers
Purdy’s finally ready to return from the toe injury that has kept him out since Week 4. That means we’ve only gotten two looks at the 49ers starter this season, but he threw for 277 and 309 yards in those outings. The 277 (plus 74% completions and 2 TDs, with 2 INTs) came in Week 1 against a Seattle defense that has since revealed itself as one of the league’s toughest units. Arizona -- this week’s opponent -- has climbed to 10th in total defensive DVOA and ninth against the pass. But the Cardinals still rank in the bottom half of the league in both points and yards allowed. And Vegas projects the Niners in a tie for fourth-most points this week (with the Rams). Purdy carries some risk in his first game back after such a long layoff. But he also brings upside.
14. Aaron Rodgers, Pittsburgh Steelers
Rodgers had one of the worst performances of his career last week against the Chargers, but this is a perfect bounce-back opportunity. A month ago, against the Bengals, Rodgers threw for 249 yards and 4 TDs playing catch-up. Now he gets the Bengals at home. The Bengals have allowed a top-12 fantasy QB in six of their last seven games, and Rodgers could extend that streak.
15. Marcus Mariota, Washington Commanders
Mariota’s reached 17.5 fantasy points in each of his four starts this season. He gets a Dolphins defense that’s proven inconsistent, shutting down the Bills in Week 10 but sitting ninth-worst in fantasy points allowed in 2025. Miami might remain without starting CB Rasul Douglas, while Washington still won’t have WR Terry McLaurin.
16. Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Mayfield threw 3 TDs for the first time since Week 1, but he has struggled with efficiency with only a 64.1% completion percentage on the season (21st in the league). Missing Mike Evans, Chris Godwin, and Jalen McMillan has taken its toll, and the pass catchers will be thin again. This is the first time Mayfield isn’t listed on the injury report with an injury, so he should be fully healthy at least. He is only a QB2 against the Bills.
17. Sam Darnold, Seattle Seahawks
Darnold’s finished as a top-10 fantasy QB in four of his past seven matchups. He draws a Rams defense that’s allowed 236 passing yards and 1.3 passing TDs per game. Now, we’ll see if DL Kobie Turner (back) will be healthy enough to suit up. Regardless, Darnold’s best viewed as a fringe QB1.
18. Jordan Love, Green Bay Packers
Love's first game of the season without Tucker Kraft did not go well: A season-low 56% completion rate and a season-low 4.9 yards per attempt. He gets a much easier matchup this weekend against the Giants, and the Packers are implied for a strong 24.75 points. But we're expecting a run-centric game plan against a defense that's much worse against the run than the pass. Love is a TD-dependent fantasy start.
19. J.J. McCarthy, Minnesota Vikings
McCarthy has actually managed three top-15 fantasy finishes among his four appearances this year, but they’ve been heavily influenced by rushing production. McCarthy scored on the ground in two of those and rushed for 48 yards last week while doubling his usual passing volume. This week presents a soft Chicago D, but McCarthy remains risky in an offense that would rather keep the passing volume down.
20. Jared Goff, Detroit Lions
This week’s trip to Philly finds the Lions tied for 10th-fewest projected points. That lowers both the floor and ceiling, especially after the Eagles came off their bye to hold the Packers to 7 points in Green Bay. The matchup and team projection knocks Goff way down the rankings vs. his performance in last week’s offensive explosion. If you’re looking down here, though, there’s still upside to a QB with 2+ TD passes in five of his past six games and a league-leading 74% completion rate for the year.
21. Tua Tagovailoa, Miami Dolphins
Tua’s recorded only two top-12 fantasy finishes all season. One huge reason why: His lack of rushing production. He’s totaled 38 rushing yards (and 0 TDs) on the season. While a plus matchup helps, the Miami veteran is best viewed as a QB2.
22. Bo Nix, Denver Broncos
Nix has regressed in his second year, even struggling against the Raiders last week by throwing for only 150 yards and a TD. His 6.1 yards per pass attempt ranks 29th in the NFL. With J.K. Dobbins out, the Broncos may want to throw more, but it still won’t be easy against the Chiefs. Nix should be benched.
23. Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars
Lawrence has severely underperformed this year, ranking QB19 in fantasy points per game. There’s a chance he gets TE Brenton Strange back from IR, but we know Travis Hunter will miss this one. Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) and Parker Washington (hamstring) are also dealing with injuries, adding volatility to Lawrence’s outlook.
24. Jameis Winston, New York Giants
The Giants will be much more watchable with Winston under center than Russell Wilson. But that doesn't mean Winston is a good fantasy play this week. He'll be making his first start in this offense, throwing to a weak pass-catching corps, and facing a Packers defense limiting QBs to a league-low 5.9 yards per attempt. The Giants are implied for only 18.25 points.
25. Michael Penix Jr., Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons lost in Carolina 30-0 in Week 3. Penix threw for 172 scoreless yards in that contest, but the rematch is in Atlanta, which bodes well for Penix. He's averaged 287 passing yards and 1.6 TDs per game at Mercedes-Benz Stadium, but only 189.2 passing yards and 1.0 TDs per game on the road. The Panthers have allowed the 10th-fewest fantasy points to quarterbacks and have already held this offense scoreless. View Penix as a middling QB2, at best.
