The Bills signed WR Brandin Cooks. The 32-year-old was dumped by the Saints last week after totaling 165 scoreless yards across 10 games. He was in a tough spot in a bad offense. But Cooks averaged a pathetic 0.58 yards per route and ranks 105th among 110 qualifying WRs in Pro Football Focus' receiving grades.
