Jackson expected to play Week 3

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport confirms that Ravens QB Lamar Jackson (illness) is expected to play vs. the Lions today. Jackson is listed as questionable with a non-COVID illness but put in a full practice on Friday. He's safe to use in fantasy lineups unless we hear otherwise.
