Bears QB Justin Fields took 9 sacks in his 1st career start in Cleveland on Sunday. He finished 6-of-20 for 68 yards passing -- and ran for only 12 yards. Fields needed an X-ray on 1 of his hands after the game, which came back clean. That's the only good news to come out of this one. Fields seems likely to get another start next week but will be impossible to trust in fantasy lineups -- even in a great matchup vs. the Lions.
