Taylor designated to return

Texans QB Tyrod Taylor (hamstring) has been designated to return from IR. He'll practice this week and has a chance to return for Sunday's game vs. the Rams if all goes well. Taylor is only an option in 2-QB and Superflex leagues but will be an upgrade for WR Brandin Cooks.
