Higgins expected to play Week 5

Bengals WR Tee Higgins (ankle) is expected to play vs. the Ravens tonight, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Higgins was limited in practice all week, but we never sensed any concern about his availability for this one. He's safe to keep in Week 5 fantasy lineups.
