Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (concussion, shoulder) is expected to play vs. the Bengals on Sunday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Pacheco is a RB1 for Week 17, while RB Clyde Edwards-Helaire would now be a desperation fantasy play.
