Bengals WR Ja'Marr Chase participated in the portion of Wednesday's practice open to the media. We'll see how he's listed on the official injury report later today, but this is obviously encouraging news in regards to Chase's status for Week 1 and beyond.
Chase is still looking for a new contract from Cincinnati. But the fact that he was willing to practice today might mean that he'll play even without that new deal.
We'll continue to keep a close eye on the situation. For now, we're projecting Chase to play a slightly limited role in Sunday's opener vs. the Patriots. See where he sits in the Week 1 WR Rankings.
