Brock Bowers a Focal Point of the Raiders' Passing Attack Again

Raiders rookie TE Brock Bowers went off with a final stat line of nine catches on all nine of his targets. He nearly had a TD, being downed at the one-yard line. In a game where the Raiders were trailing for most of the second half, QB Gardner Minshew threw the ball 38 times. Bowers was second behind WR Davante Adams in targets for the Raiders.

2024 Fantasy Football Impact

One of the downsides for Bowers is the lack of TDs for the Raiders as a whole. When they have scored for far this year, RB Alexander Mattison has been getting those scores. Even so, Bowers is clearly in the Raiders gameplan to keep performing in PPR leagues.

Bowers does have two difficult match-ups coming up against the Panthers and Browns, neither of which have given up a TE1 week yet.

Bowers profiles more like a WR playing TE though, so he may be able to sustain.
