Khalil Shakir A Full-Go Wednesday

Bills WR Khalil Shakir (ankle) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. He registered a season-low 50% route rate in the Week 6 win over the Jets coming off the ankle injury, but it looks like he'll be back to full playing time vs. the Titans this weekend.
