Dolphins QB Tua Tagovailoa has cleared concussion protocol and will start this weekend's game vs. the Cardinals, HC Mike McDaniel said Friday. Miami has totaled just 40 points without Tagovailoa over the last four games. They averaged 27.9 points per game with Tua last year and are implied for 25 points against Arizona this week.
