Vikings HC Kevin O'Connell said Tuesday that he has "zero worry" about WR Justin Jefferson's status for Week 1. He remains sidelined after hurting a hamstring last week, but O'Connell suggested that Jefferson will be back on the practice field well before the opener.
O'Connell: "I have zero worry about the opener, but there's a lot of time between now and then. What that looks like, we're going to be smart. But at the same time, he wants to get back out there. He doesn't want to stay wearing what I wear to practice much longer."
We didn't move Jefferson in the WR rankings when he initially suffered this injury. And, barring news of a setback or Jefferson remaining sidelined deep into August, you can consider his 2025 fantasy stock unaffected.
