Falcons RB Bijan Robinson busted off 143 yards on 22 carries in Sunday’s Week 2 win over the Vikings. Robinson tallied runs of 25 and 17 yards on the first two plays of the game alone.

Robinson’s speed and power were on full display vs. a Vikings squad down several players. That list included S Harrison Smith and OLB Andrew Van Ginkel. OLB Jonathan Greenard also battled through a shoulder injury that surfaced in Sunday’s game.
The only thing missing from Robinson was a TD, as Tyler Allgeier notched Atlanta’s only rushing score. Allgeier mixed in for six first-half touches (five rushes, one catch). He finished with 16 carries, boosted by the Falcons’ blowout win. His five-yard TD came on Atlanta’s second-to-last drive. Meanwhile, Robinson saw only two carries in the final 8:45 of the game.
Not ideal for Bijan managers, but it was still nice to see him get involved as a pass-catcher. The former Texas star snagged 3 of 5 targets for 25 yards, volume that included some downfield usage. That amounted to a WR-like 23.8% target share.
Look for Robinson to continue rolling this week against a struggling Panthers squad. After that, Atlanta faces another positive matchup against the Commanders.
