Broncos WR Marvin Mims returned to the practice field Monday. That means Mims missed only one day of practice (Friday) after leaving with a groin injury last week. The return seems to put Mims on track to play in Sunday's season opener against the Titans.
Reports at the time of the injury indicated the Broncos weren't too worried, and Mims' quick return confirms it's a minor issue.
We'll certainly keep watching Mims' participation throughout the week, and Denver will start issuing official practice injury reports after Wednesday's workout.
But it looks like you should expect to have Mims available for leagues in which he makes sense as a Week 1 option. That'll typically only be deep leagues and/or outfits that score return yardage.
