Samuel off COVID list; still out

Washington on Monday removed WR Curtis Samuel from the COVID list. That's 1 hurdle cleared. But Samuel remains on the PUP for his June groin injury. HC Ron Rivera previously said there's no timetable for Samuel's return from that. We'll keep watch.
