Seven-Round 2027 NFL Mock Draft: The WR Wave That Could Reshape Your Dynasty Roster

The WR talent in this 2027 NFL Mock Draft is absurd — and it’s gonna flood rookie drafts before you know it. Learn the names NOW while your league mates sleep.

Seven-Round 2027 NFL Mock Draft: The WR Wave That Could Reshape Your Dynasty Roster

Wanna Get A VERY Early Edge on the Rest of Your League?

How much do you know about Jeremiah Smith?

If it’s not much, then you should get to know him. And if you’re already familiar with the stud Ohio State receiver, then you’re probably already excited about his NFL future.

What if I told you that it’s not too early to start getting in position to draft him in dynasty?

That’s really the point of this mock draft. I’m not chasing the perfect 2027 ordering of players (yet). I’m trying to help you learn where the strengths of that class will be, so you can get ahead of your league mates and score a star WR (or some other elite performer).

Why You Should Listen to Me

Next year will mark the 23rd NFL Draft I have scouted and covered. I've been producing seven-round mock drafts and rankings since 2004.

Anyone can sling out a new mock draft. I bring top-10 accuracy in Big Board projection. That’s  (better than…

        • Mel Kiper
        • Daniel Jeremiah
        • Lance Zierlein
        • (and many others)

I've even won the contest twice. Only six other people have done that.

If you want to cut through the noise and actually find out where players will go in the NFL Draft, this is the place.

The goal this far out isn't pure accuracy, though. I want to help you get you familiar with players, traits, and potential draft capital. Why? Because that can help you get ahead of your league mates in either buying or selling rookie picks.

Our devy rankings further outline the upside of this class against 2026 and 2028

Use our Trade Value Chart to gauge the value of a 2027 1st

The draft order used reflects the Super Bowl betting odds at the time of publishing. Only three year players (2024 recruiting class) are included at this time.

        Round 1

        1) New Orleans Saints: DJ Lagway, QB, Florida

Lagway started the majority of games for Florida, developing how to read a defense and use his mobility to extend plays. He presents enormous fantasy upside with his rushing ability if he does become a top pick.

        2) New York Jets: Jeremiah Smith, WR, Ohio State

Smith quickly became the best WR in college football as a true freshman. He displays Julio Jones-level athleticism and already runs a full route tree. Instant fantasy WR1.

        3) New York Giants: Antoine Knapp, OT, Notre Dame

Knapp's kick slide and punch make him the next great Irish OT.

        4) Tennessee Titans: Ryan Williams, WR, Alabama

Williams gives CeeDee Lamb vibes as a slot WR who can't be covered. Like Jeremiah Smith, he should instantly become a fantasy WR1 upon entering the NFL.

        5) Cleveland Browns: Colin Simmons, Edge, Texas

Simmons flashed a monster first step making him absolutely unstoppable as a true freshman.

        6) Las Vegas Raiders: Dylan Stewart, Edge, South Carolina

Stewart excelled in the wide-9 formation with a great spin and swim move. He should continue developing into a top-10 pick.

        7) Carolina Panthers: Jordan Ross, Edge, Tennessee

Ross didn't get much playing time in his first year, but his athletic upside could make him a one-year wonder that can become a top pick.

        8) Indianapolis Colts: Leonard Moore, CB, Notre Dame

Moore will move into Notre Dame's top CB spot and his press ability as a young player makes him unique.

        9) Jacksonville Jaguars: Jordan Seaton, OT, Colorado

Seaton had an inconsistent first season, but his strength and bend should allow him to develop into a consistent blindside blocker.

        10) New England Patriots: Bryant Wesco, WR, Clemson

Wesco emerged among a crowded Clemson WR room. His length and explosiveness off the snap deliver a dangerous slot WR who should make an instant NFL impact.

        11) Atlanta Falcons: Josiah Thompson, OT, South Carolina

Thompson should lock in at LT for the next two years, blocking for freelancing QB LaNorris Sellers. His length and power make him an intriguing pro prospect.

        12) Seattle Seahawks: Dylan Raiola, QB, Nebraska

Raiola was the top QB of the recruiting class and flashed his arm strength as a true freshman. If he can make Nebraska a contender, he could push even higher than this.

        13) Miami Dolphins: Julian Sayin, QB, Ohio State

Sayin looks to be a two-year starter for the Buckeyes, growing with WR Jeremiah Smith. He should emerge as a top QB candidate.

        14) Dallas Cowboys: Aidan Banfield, iOL, North Carolina

Banfield had a solid freshman season as a reserve and will be Bill Belichick's pulling OG this season.

        15) Arizona Cardinals: OJ Frederique, CB, Miami

Frederique was only a three-star recruit. But he proved elite in man coverage, often shutting down opposing WRs.

        16) Pittsburgh Steelers: Koi Perich, S, Minnesota

Perich excelled in coverage and against the run with elite explosion. He presents a high ceiling as a playmaking safety.

        17) Chicago Bears: Jayden Jackson, DL, Oklahoma

Jackson played his way into the starting lineup with excellent penetration to put pressure on QBs.

        18) Denver Broncos: Cam Coleman, WR, Auburn

Coleman's athleticism and speed give him major upside in Auburn's revamped offense. He should emerge as their top WR this year.

        19) Tampa Bay Buccaneers: Sammy Brown, LB, Clemson

Brown lived up to his five-star recruit status as a coverage ILB who can also run down RBs.

        20) Houston Texans: KJ Bolden, S, Georgia

Bolden got significant playing time on a loaded Georgia defense. He should replace Malaki Starks this season.

        21) Minnesota Vikings: Decker DeGraaf, TE, Washington

DeGraaf played well as an inline TE, reminiscent of T.J. Hockenson. His soft hands should make him a future NFL red-zone threat.

        22) Los Angeles Chargers: Maraad Watson, DT, Syracuse

Watson started as a true freshman as an elite run-stopping DT. He could develop into a consistent two-gap player.

        23) San Francisco 49ers: Ashton Hampton, CB, Clemson

Hampton will be the Tigers' top CB this season. His speed and change-of-direction ability make him difficult to shake.

        24) Green Bay Packers: Nate Frazier, RB, Georgia

Frazier emerged over RB Trevor Etienne as a consistent between-the-tackles runner who started to flash some receiving ability.

        25) Washington Commanders: Elijah Rushing, Edge, Oregon

Rushing didn't get much work as a freshman, but he should be in a rotation this season on a monster Oregon defense.

        26) Cincinnati Bengals: Eli Bowen, CB, Oklahoma

Bowen worked his way into consistent playing time as a freshman and he flashed high-end coverage ability against SEC WRs.

        27) Los Angeles Rams: Nick Marsh, WR, Michigan State

Marsh led the Spartans in receiving, excelling with his contested catching. Route-running development should make him an upside NFL prospect.

        28) Detroit Lions: Noah Carter, Edge, Alabama

Carter was buried on the 2024 depth chart, but he's projected to be a rotational pass rusher in his second season.

        29) Kansas City Chiefs: Jay Crawford, CB, Auburn

Crawford flashed versatility as a nickel and outside CB. His playmaking should allow him to be an NFL prospect.

        30) Buffalo Bills: Francis Brewu, DL, Pittsburgh

Brewu showed interior pass rush ability. He should be a passing-down specialist in his second year.

        31) Baltimore Ravens: Isaac Brown, RB, Louisville

Brown did damage on the ground, as a receiver, and even on kick returns. His agility makes him difficult to bring down.

        32) Philadelphia Eagles: Boo Carter, CB, Tennessee

Carter showed he can cover SEC slot WRs, developing into one of the best nickels in the conference as a true freshman.
