Dolphins HC Brian Flores said Wednesday that, after further testing, QB Tua Tagovailoa has been diagnosed with fractured ribs and will miss this weekend's game against the Raiders. Tua's availability beyond Week 3 is uncertain. It'll be Jacoby Brissett under center for however long Tagovailoa is out.
