Williams & Allen to practice this week

Chargers WRs Mike Williams (ankle) and Keenan Allen (hamstring) will be back at practice this week, HC Brandon Staley said Monday. We'll see if they're out there on Wednesday and, if so, at what level of participation. But Williams and Allen at least have a shot to return for Sunday night's game vs. the Chiefs.
