Purdy leaves in 1st quarter

49ers QB Brock Purdy left Sunday’s game against the Eagles with a right elbow injury. He’s officially questionable to return. Veteran Josh Johnson would take over for San Francisco if Purdy is unable to return.

UPDATE: Purdy entered in the 3rd quarter following a concussion check for Josh Johnson.
