Jets RB Breece Hall said, "I feel like I'm back to my old self" heading into the 2024 campaign. He spent his 2023 offseason rehabbing a torn ACL. He was able to get back into his regular offseason routine this time around, particularly focusing on adding strength back to that left knee and left quad.
What They're Saying
"I don't think people realize or appreciate the road it takes to recover from an ACL," HC Robert Saleh said recently. "Breece really wasn't full Breece until right around the midpoint [of the] season, and he was still producing."
2024 Fantasy Football Impact
Hall was available for the start of last season but averaged just 8.0 carries and 2.5 targets over his first four games. He was unleashed from that point forward, averaging 14.7 carries and 6.5 targets across his final 13 games. Hall ranked second among RBs to only Christian McCaffrey in total PPR points from Week 5 on.
Hall will be nearly two years removed from his knee injury when this season kicks off. And he'll have QB Aaron Rodgers back.
It sets Hall up for a potentially even more productive 2024 season. He has the upside to lead RBs in fantasy points and is worth considering in the middle of the first round of fantasy drafts.
