Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins will not need surgery on his injured knee, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "A return at four weeks is likely (but not guaranteed)," Rapoport adds. "Would allow him to be ready for Week 1."
2024 Fantasy Football Impact
Insider Paul Kuharsky reported on Thursday that Hopkins was expected to miss 4-6 weeks, so this update from Rapoport is a bit more optimistic. We're a little over five weeks from Tennessee's season opener, so a four-week absence would likely make Hopkins available for that one.
We're still projecting him to miss Week 1 for now. (Rapoport said a Week 1 return is not guaranteed.) But that could change if we get more positive news on Hopkins in the coming weeks.
At a WR39 ADP that will likely only fall further, Hopkins has plenty of profit potential in fantasy drafts right now.
