Jets WR Mike Williams (knee) has been activated from the PUP list. He spent the offseason rehabbing the ACL tear he suffered last September but is now ready to hit the practice field.
2024 Fantasy Football Impact
Williams seems to be on track for the plan the Jets laid out for him this offseason. HC Robert Saleh said back in June that Williams was on a Breece Hall timeline: Available for Week 1 but potentially on a snap count early in the season. Hall didn't top a 52% snap rate in any of New York's first five games before being unleashed the rest of the way.
We'll keep an eye on Williams' progress over the next month. For now, fantasy owners shouldn't be counting on him as a starter early in the season. But he could certainly be in the WR3 mix by October.
A healthy Williams figures to be the No. 2 target in this Aaron Rodgers-led passing game.
Rankings Movement
We've been expecting Williams to be on this timeline all offseason, so he's not moving in our rankings.
Projected ADP Movement
We'll see how much Williams climbs in ADP. He's been a big value in drafts all offseason. He's currently sitting 55th among WRs in consensus ADP.
