Bengals WR Tee Higgins was not practicing on Wednesday due to his hamstring injury. Higgins missed Week 1, and his hamstring issue appears to be stopping him from practicing today. This is a poor start for Higgins, and he probably misses Week 2.
Paul Dehner from The Athletic: "Tee Higgins (hamstring) in street clothes today as Bengals come out for practice."
Missing Wednesday's practice and being in street clothes doesn't mean Higgins is out for Week 2, but it makes it very unlikely that Higgins will suit up.
Expect another questionable or doubtful tag for Higgins by week's end.
Higgins has had six hamstring injuries in five years and they continue to plague him heading into this season. This is the type of injury that can and has lingered for Higgins in the past when he has had hamstring issues.
This also doesn't bode well for the Bengals offense as a whole going up against the Chiefs who obliterated the Ravens Offensive Line on opening night.
With Joe Burrow looking rusty coming back from his wrist injury last year as well as Ja'Marr Chase not practicing or getting a new deal yet, the Bengals offense could have another poor performance in Week 2.
