Jaguars TE Evan Engram is OUT for Week 2 and will not play after sustaining an injury during warm-ups. The Jaguars TE had a mediocre Week 1 and there was hope that he would bounce back for this week, but a hamstring injury cropped up while he was warming up for the game.

What They're Saying

Jacksonville Jaguars: "TE Evan Engram sustained a hamstring injury in pregame warmups and has been ruled out for today's game."

2024 Fantasy Football Impact

Engram needs to be immediately removed from all fantasy lineups since he is inactive for the game today with less than an hour to go before the first slate of games begin.

This is a slight knock for QB Trevor Lawrence and a potential upgrade to the WR group for the Jaguars including WR Christian Kirk and Brian Thomas Jr.

Injury Impact: Estimated Return Timeline & Performance Upon Return

Hamstring injuries can linger, but we should find out more this week for Engram.
