49ers WR Deebo Samuel returned from a calf injury to record 3 catches for 58 yards against New England. He added two carries and didn’t have his routes or snaps limited.
There’s not much to note here on the stat sheet. Samuel, though, caught a rare deep ball on a 53-yard connection with Brock Purdy.
On the day, Samuel’s 5 targets tied for second on the team behind Jauan Jennings (6). Again, Jennings led the unit in production with 88 yards.
