Week 11 DraftKings Cash-Game Picks

Top Plays for DraftKings Head-to-Head and 50/50 Contests

Here are the guys I’m considering for DraftKings Week 11 head-to-heads and 50/50s:

Quarterback

Drake Maye, Patriots ($5,600)

Headshot of Drake Maye

A rookie making his sixth career start admittedly isn’t the safest cash-game play. But I really like the spot – and price – for Maye this week.

He’s at home for a Rams team that’s on a short week and traveling across the country for an early kickoff. Los Angeles ranks 21st in pass defense DVOA and 19th in adjusted fantasy points allowed to QBs.

Maye scored just 12.8 DraftKings points last week, but that came against the Bears’ top-ranked QB defense. He topped 18.5 DK points in his previous three full games, which is all we need at his Week 11 salary.

Also consider:

  • Brock Purdy, 49ers ($6,600)

Running Backs

Christian McCaffrey, 49ers ($8,300)

Headshot of Christian McCaffrey

As I wrote in this week’s Usage Takeaways article, McCaffrey’s role in his 2024 debut was nearly identical to his role last year.

That role last year produced 24.6 PPR points per game – and often had McCaffrey priced above $9,000. So we’re getting him at a discount here.

The matchup is nice, too. The Seahawks have been gashed on the ground lately, allowing 691 rushing yards on 5.6 yards per carry over their last five games.

The 49ers are 6.5-point home favorites with a 27.25-point implied total – second highest on the slate.

De’Von Achane, Dolphins ($7,200)

Headshot of De'Von Achane

Last week was Achane’s first game with QB Tua Tagovailoa with fewer than 23 DraftKings points this season.

He still garnered 12 carries and five targets in that one and is now averaging 13.2 carries and 7.0 targets in five Tua games this year. Across those games, Achane ranks:

  • 5th among RBs in expected PPR points per game
  • 2nd in actual PPR points per game

The Dolphins get a Raiders defense on Sunday that has limited WR scoring, sitting fourth in adjusted fantasy points allowed to the position. But they rank 29th against RBs, allowing 4.6 yards per carry and the 12th most RB catches.

Kareem Hunt, Chiefs ($6,700)

Headshot of Kareem Hunt

Hunt’s streak of four straight games with 21+ carries was snapped last week. But he racked up 10 targets and seven catches.

Over his last five games, Hunt is averaging:

  • 22.2 carries
  • 3.0 targets
  • 21.7 expected PPR points per game (1st among RBs)
  • 18.0 actual PPR points per game (5th)

Next up for Hunt is the Bills’ 31st-ranked RB defense. Buffalo has allowed 4.7 yards per carry to RBs, plus league highs in catches (66), receiving yards (545), and receiving TDs (5).

It should be another busy outing for Hunt.

Also consider:

  • Alvin Kamara, Saints ($8,200)
  • Audric Estime, Broncos ($4,500)

Wide Receivers

Courtland Sutton, Broncos ($5,900)

Headshot of Courtland Sutton

Sutton is rolling, with 19+ DraftKings points in three straight games. He’s racked up 30 targets over that span – tied for seventh most league-wide.

Next up is a Falcons defense that ranks 22nd in adjusted fantasy points allowed to WRs. They’ve particularly struggled against outside receivers, ranking 27th in adjusted points allowed. Sutton has run 86% of his routes on the outside this season.

Jakobi Meyers, Raiders ($5,600)

Headshot of Jakobi Meyers

In four games without WR Davante Adams this season, Meyers has averaged:

  • 9.3 targets
  • 6.3 catches
  • 70 yards
  • 0.3 TDs

He ranks 16th among WRs in expected PPR points per game and 17th in actual points per game over that span.

Meyers draws the Dolphins’ 12th-ranked WR defense on Sunday. But he’s simply too cheap for his projected volume.

Cedric Tillman, Browns ($5,300)

Headshot of Cedric Tillman

Tillman’s price is up $2K from two games ago – but he still checks in as the top dollars-per-point value at WR.

In three games in a full-time role, Tillman has averaged:

  • 10.7 targets
  • 7.0 catches
  • 85.0 yards
  • 1.0 TDs

All four marks rank top-8 among WRs. Tillman has tallied the second most expected PPR points per game and third most actual points points per game over that span.

He gets a Saints defense on Sunday that ranks 18th in adjusted fantasy points allowed to WRs and recently traded top CB Marshon Lattimore to Washington. Falcons WRs Drake London and Darnell Mooney both topped 90 receiving yards vs. New Orleans last week.

Also consider:

  • Puka Nacua, Rams ($7,300)
  • Elijah Moore, Browns ($4,300)

Tight End

Davis Allen, Rams ($2,500)

Headshot of Davis Allen

A viable minimum-priced TE is a top-10 thing in life – just behind stepping onto the first tee box and right ahead of a post-lawnmowing beer.

We get a min-priced TE this week in Allen, who took over as the Rams’ feature TE last week. He registered an 88% route rate and 13% target share on his way to a 5-catch, 34-yard outing.

The ceiling here is not exciting. But Allen is a relatively safe bet for a handful of DraftKings points – and lets us spend at the other positions.

Also consider:

  • Travis Kelce, Chiefs ($6,300)

Defense/Special Teams

Broncos ($2,900)

The Broncos ran up against a pair of bottom-13 DST matchups over the last two weeks in the Ravens and Chiefs.

Prior to that, this DST was averaging 11.0 DraftKings points per game, with at least 10 in five of eight games.

The Broncos are 2-point home favorites this weekend for the Falcons, whose 21-point implied total is eighth-lowest on the main slate.

Also consider:

  • Jets ($2,800)
  • Bears ($2,400)
  • Titans ($2,300)
