Lucas Havrisik Fantasy Football News | Shark Bites

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Packers K Brandon McManus (quad) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Cardinals. Lucas Havrisik kicks again for Green Bay.

Packers K Brandon McManus (quad) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Cardinals. He didn’t practice all week, so don’t plan on having him in Week 7 fantasy lineups. Lucas Havrisik will kick again for Green Bay if McManus is out.

Packers K Brandon McManus (quad) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Bengals. He’ll be replaced by K Lucas Havrisik, who’s a fine fill-in if you were hoping to use McManus.

The Packers signed K Lucas Havrisik to the active roster on Saturday. He's insurance for K Brandon McManus, who's questionable with a quad injury. ESPN's Rob Demovsky writes that there's a "decent chance" that McManus will be able to play vs. the Bengals. We won't get Green Bay's inactives until a little before 3 pm ET, though. And it seems like McManus would come with elevated risk in fantasy lineups if he does suit up. We'd rather look elsewhere for your Week 6 fantasy kicker.

The Rams released K Lucas Havrisik. He missed five FGs and three XPs over the last nine games. We'll see who the Rams sign to replace Havrisik.

The Rams released K Mason Crosby. The team will continue to roll with K Lucas Havrisik, who nailed three FGs and two XPs in Week 14. He's a viable Week 15 fantasy starter with the Rams sporting a big 27.75.-point implied total vs. the Commanders.

The Rams are signing K Mason Crosby to their practice squad with the expectation that he'll be elevated to the active roster in the "near future," according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo. The 39-year-old Crosby spent the previous 16 seasons with the Packers, most recently connecting on 86% of his FGs in 2022. We'll see if Crosby gets the call for this weekend's game vs. the Ravens, or if K Lucas Havrisik gets another game. Regardless, it's a situation to avoid in fantasy lineups with the Rams sporting a 16.5-point implied total in Baltimore.

The Rams released K Brett Maher, who missed two FGs and one XP in the Week 7 loss to the Steelers. He'll be replaced at least for now by K Lucas Havrisik. We've never heard of him either. Havrisik was on the Browns' practice squad but has never attempted a regular-season NFL kick. He made just 64% of his college FGs at Arizona.
