Romeo Doubs Fantasy Football News | Shark Bites

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Playing his first game since Week 12, Packers WR Romeo Doubs led his team in routes (25) and TDs (2). He added 3 catches for 40 yards on an 18.5% target share vs. Seattle.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs (concussion) put in a full week of practice and is not listed on the final injury report for Sunday night's game vs. the Seahawks. He should step back into his usual role as one of Green Bay's top outside receivers. But he's not a great fantasy play against a Seattle defense that ranks eighth in adjusted fantasy points allowed to WRs over the last five weeks.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs (concussion) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. Barring a setback, he'll be back for Sunday night's game vs. the Seahawks. Doubs should resume full-time duties, knocking WR Dontayvion Wicks off the fantasy radar.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs (concussion) is out for Thursday night's game vs. the Lions. He was limited in practice this week but hasn't cleared protocol yet. He should be back for Week 15, but we'll track Doubs' progress next week. His absence against Detroit will again mean playing-time boosts for WRs Christian Watson and Dontayvion Wicks. The Lions rank 24th in adjusted fantasy points allowed to WRs on the season but have been the 12th-toughest matchup over the last five weeks.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs (concussion) was limited in Tuesday's practice. He still has multiple stages of the protocol to clear in order to play vs. the Lions on Thursday night. His absence would again leave Jayden Reed, Christian Watson, and Dontayvion Wicks as Green Bay's clear top three WRs. Check back tomorrow for another update on Doubs.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs (concussion) has been ruled out for Thursday night's game vs. the Dolphins. He never had a chance to clear protocol in four days but will likely be back for Week 14's game against the Lions. Doubs' absence on Thanksgiving should mean a big boost in playing time for WR Dontayvion Wicks.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs (concussion) did not practice on Tuesday. He won't be cleared in time for Thursday night's game vs. the Dolphins, which will mean a boost in snaps for WR Dontayvion Wicks. He'd be a risky start in season-long leagues but is certainly in play in Thanksgiving DFS contests.

Packers WR Jayden Reed tallied 3 targets and 3 catches on Green Bay’s first drive. But that was it for his offensive involvement, as Jordan Love totaled only 23 passes (13 completions) in a 28-point win.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs sustained a concussion in the third quarter of Sunday's game vs. the 49ers. It's his second documented concussion, with the first coming while at Nevada back in 2019. Doubs is unlikely to be cleared for Thursday night's game vs. Miami, which would mean a spike in snaps for WR Dontayvion Wicks.

The Athletic's Dianna Russini hears that Packers QB Jordan Love (knee) is expected to play vs. the Lions tomorrow. That matches NFL Network's Ian Rapoport's "tracking to play" report from Friday night. We'll look for further updates on Love, but we're projecting him to play as of now. He won't be at 100% and will carry elevated risk in fantasy lineups. But there's also plenty of upside here in a potential shootout against a pass-funnel Lions defense. See where Love lands in the Week 9 QB Rankings.

Packers QB Jordan Love (groin) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Lions. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport said Friday night that Love is “tracking to play” on Sunday. It’s safe to assume he won’t be at 100%, adding risk to his Week 9 fantasy profile. But having Love under center instead of QB Malik Willis would be excellent news for Green Bay’s pass catchers.

Packers QB Jordan Love's MRI revealed a strained groin, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Colleague Tom Pelissero adds that Love is considered "day to day" and "has a chance" to play vs. the Lions this weekend. Love will certainly push to play in that big game, although it's worth noting that the Packers have a Week 10 bye. We'll track his status throughout the week. If Love is unable to go, Green Bay will turn back to QB Malik Willis. He's played surprisingly well this season, helping the Packers to three wins. But Willis would be a significant downgrade for the team's pass catchers.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs led the team in targets Sunday for the first time since Week 1. He tallied game highs in receptions (8) and receiving yards (94) in the win over the Texans. Doubs drew a strong 30.3% target share and ran a route on a team-high 86.5% of QB Jordan Love's dropbacks.

Packers WR Dontayvion Wicks is considered “week to week” with the shoulder injury that knocked him out of the Week 6 win over the Cardinals, according to insider Jordan Schultz. "After initial concern inside the Packers’ building of a more substantial injury, there is relief that Wicks avoided anything more serious," Schultz adds.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs will play vs. the Cardinals this week, HC Matt LaFleur said Friday. “He’s done a nice job, he’s gone in and worked," LaFleur added. We're projecting Doubs to step back into a full-time role, although that's obviously not guaranteed after his Week 5 suspension. Doubs checks in as a WR4 in the Week 6 Rankings.
