QB Cooper Rush will get the start and figures to play the majority of snaps. But we could see Dallas take advantage of Lance's athleticism, particularly in short-yardage and red-zone situations. You should be avoiding Cowboys QBs in Week 10 fantasy lineups. The Lance news isn't great for WR CeeDee Lamb, but he still belongs in most fantasy lineups.
The Cowboys are placing QB Dak Prescott on IR with his hamstring injury, EVP Stephen Jones said Friday. That knocks Prescott out for at least the next four games. But the Fort Worth Star-Telegram hears that "the expected timeline is expected to trend closer to six weeks or more." The earliest Prescott could return is Week 14. A 6-week absence would have him out until Week 16. Dallas' season could be over for all intents and purposes at that point. Prescott is very droppable in 1-QB leagues without an IR spot.
