Jayden Reed Fantasy Football News | Shark Bites

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport hear that Packers QB Jordan Love (knee) is not expected to play vs. the Titans today. Love got in three limited practices this week, and Rapoport confirms that he has a good chance to return in Week 4. We've been projecting Willis to start against Tennessee all week, so there are no changes to our Week 3 Rankings. Expect another run-heavy game plan from Green Bay.

Packers WR Jayden Reed (calf) is not listed on the final Week 3 injury report. He was sidelined on Wednesday but got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. He should be ready for his usual role vs. the Titans this weekend, but Reed is only a bankable fantasy play if he gets QB Jordan Love back.

Packers QB Jordan Love (knee) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Titans. He put in three limited practices this weekend. HC Matt LaFleur hinted Friday that Love still hasn’t been medically cleared to play. We’re still tentatively expecting QB Malik Willis to get another start on Sunday, but we’ll keep you updated on Love’s status.

Packers QB Jordan Love (knee) "has a chance" to play vs. the Titans this weekend, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. “I wouldn’t be surprised if he plays this week,” a Packers source told Schefter. “It’s definitely day-by-day like he said, and 50-50 at best right now.” Love was officially limited in Wednesday's practice.

Packers WR Jayden Reed (calf) did not practice on Wednesday. He played through this injury last week, so we're tentatively expecting him to be available for Sunday's game vs. the Titans. But Reed will only be a viable fantasy option if QB Jordan Love makes it back for that one.

Packers QB Jordan Love said Wednesday that he's "hopeful" to play vs. the Titans this weekend, according to The Athletic's Matt Schneidman. Love added that he's waiting to see how his injured knee progresses throughout the week.

Reed had a final stat line of two receptions on two targets for only nine yards.. He was Questionable with a Calf/Shin injury, but ultimately played in the game against the Colts. Unfortunately, it resulted in a less than stellar fantasy day with Malik Willis despite Reed lining up all over the formation, including at RB.

Packers WR Jayden Reed (calf, shin) is active for today’s game vs. the Colts. He was added to the injury report on Friday, which adds risk to his Week 2 profile. QB Malik Willis’ play is just as big a concern. Reed sits in low-end WR4 territory in the Week 2 Rankings.

Packers QB Jordan Love (knee) is targeting a Week 5 return, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. "Though there is a chance he beats that goal," Rapoport adds.

Packers WR Jayden Reed (calf, shin) is expected to play vs. the Colts today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Reed was added to the injury report and limited in practice on Friday. The injuries add more risk to a guy who already had a low floor with QB Malik Willis under center. Reed checks in just 46th in the Week 2 WR Rankings.

Packers WR Jayden Reed was added to the injury report after a limited practice on Friday, according to HC Matt LaFleur. It appears Reed is still in line to play on Sunday for the Packers, but it adds another layer of caution to starting Reed while QB Malik Willis is also starting.

Packers WR Jayden Reed obviously delivered for you in Week 1 if he made your lineup, racking up 138 yards and a TD on 4 receptions, plus a 33-yard TD run. But we already knew he could play after an impressive rookie season. The question was how much he'd play. Week 1 offered encouraging results on that front.

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports that Packers QB Jordan Love's "initial timetable" for return is 3-6 weeks. "And there's some early optimism he could return sooner than later, pending a second opinion," Pelissero adds. Green Bay's bye isn't until Week 10, so that shouldn't factor into Love's return date. It sounds like we should plan on him missing at least the next three games vs. Indianapolis, at Tennessee, and vs. Minnesota. It's worth noting that the Packers medical staff has historically been cautious in bringing players back from injury.

Packers QB Jordan Love has been diagnosed with a sprained MCL, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. There's no damage to Love's ACL. It's relatively good news, but Rapoport confirms that Love "should miss some time." We'll look for a timetable for his return.

Packers WR Romeo Doubs’ frame and starting role appears to have him set to be the main receiver target in the red zone. Last season, Doubs and WR Jayden Reed tied with 17 red-zone targets each. Speculation has Doubs’ red zone targets increasing this year.

Jordan Love and the Packers have agreed to a 4-year extension worth $220 million with a record-setting $75 million signing bonus and $155 million in new full guarantees. Love will now be under contract in Green Bay until 2028. This ties Love with Joe Burrow and Trevor Lawrence for the highest annual salary in league history at $55 million.

The Packers activated WR Jayden Reed (toe) off the Non-football injury list. He’ll be limited at practice in the short-term, per HC Matt LaFleur.

The Packers have placed WR Jayden Reed on the non-football injury list for the start of training camp. We've seen no report on the specific issue sidelining Reed.

Packers WRs Jayden Reed (chest) and Dontayvion Wicks (chest) are active for today’s game vs. the Bears. WR Christian Watson (hamstring) is inactive. Reed, Wicks, and Romeo Doubs should operate as Green Bay’s top three WRs vs. a Chicago defense missing top CB Jaylon Johnson.

Packers WRs Jayden Reed (chest), Christian Watson (hamstring), and Dontayvion Wicks (chest) are all listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Bears. Wicks put in full practices on Thursday and Friday, so he should play. Reed was limited all week, but we’re tentatively expecting him to play. Watson got in limited practices on Wednesday and Thursday before taking a planned day off on Friday. “We felt he had two good days of practice and wanted to give him today and we’ll see where he’s at on Sunday,” HC Matt LaFleur said of Watson on Friday. Watson would be a risky fantasy play if he ends up active for the Bears game.
