1. Ja'Marr Chase, CIN
Played on Thursday
2. Jaxon Smith-Njigba, SEA
JSN leads all WRs in yards (1,313) and target share (38%). His elite usage and production should continue against the Vikings.
3. Amon-Ra St. Brown, DET
Played on Thursday
4. Rashee Rice, KC
Played on Thursday
5. CeeDee Lamb, DAL
Played on Thursday
6. Puka Nacua, LAR
Nacua went 7-97-0 against the Buccaneers on 11 targets. The game was a complete blowout with most of Nacua’s stats (5-80-0) coming in the first half. Without Tyle Higbee, the Rams shifted away from 12 and 13 personnel, giving Nacua even more routes than usual. This could be a potential smash spot for Nacua if the Panthers can keep it close.
7. George Pickens, DAL
Played on Thursday
8. Nico Collins, HOU
Indianapolis has allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing WRs, and Collins has been a menace against the Colts. In his last three games against this defense, Collins has averaged 7.3 receptions, 152.7 yards, and .67 TDs. With C.J. Stroud back under center, Collins has top-5 upside against an opponent he has manhandled.
9. Davante Adams, LAR
Adams went 5-62-2 last week with 12 total Tds this season. His usage near the goal line makes him a must-start in every match-up. He leads the league with 22 end zone targets. The next highest WR (George Pickens) has 16. Adams will be TD dependent in this game with him not playing as well against Cover-3, the Panthers base defense, than Cover-2 or man coverage. Even so, he is locked in as a fantasy starter.
10. Chris Olave, NO
We’ll keep an eye on Olave’s health; he missed practice on Thursday after leaving early on Wednesday with a back injury. If active, he’ll remain a must-start vs. Miami.
11. Tetairoa McMillan, CAR
McMillan disappointed last week going 2-35-1 despite a pass-heavy script from the Panthers. TMac will go as QB Bryce Young goes, as we saw two weeks ago with his 8-130-2 stat line. He also runs into a tough Rams defense only giving up 12.9 PPR points per game to opposing WR1s. If the Panthers go get down early though, the Rams aren’t shy about playing off coverage with a big lead. TMac can be started cautiously in hopes for a late TD or more volume.
12. A.J. Brown, PHI
Brown has garnered 10+ targets in consecutive games for the first time all season. He didn't do much with the 11 looks against Detroit. He almost did even more at Dallas but failed to get a second foot down on what would have been his second TD. DeVonta Smith's injury situation this week -- plus Philly's continued struggles in the run game -- only increase the chances that the ball flies Brown's way. Chicago arrives as the 10th-best scoring matchup for WRs by our adjusted fantasy points allowed.
13. Jaylen Waddle, MIA
Prior to a Week 12 bye, Waddle hit 50+ yards in six of his past seven. He’s shown a WR1 ceiling and should be locked into lineups against New Orleans.
14. Wan'Dale Robinson, NYG
Robinson is coming off a huge Week 12. More importantly, his 14 targets in that one give him 10+ in three of his last four and four of his last six. Robinson is a strong target bet again on Monday night with the Giants 7.5-point underdogs to a pass-funnel Patriots defense. New England sits 29th in adjusted fantasy points allowed to WRs.
15. DeVonta Smith, PHI
Smith bears watching on the injury report this week. He was estimated as out on Tuesday's practice report, listed with chest and shoulder issues. He for-real missed Wednesday's workout with an illness. If Smith's good to go for Friday, he'll belong in most lineups. But watch for his game status if you're deciding between the Eagles stud and any of Thursday's upside wideouts.
16. Justin Jefferson, MIN
Jefferson’s managed only one score since the opener. And he’s been held under 12 PPR points in three straight. Even with J.J. McCarthy trending as out for Sunday, there’s little reason to believe the offense will look significantly better with UDFA QB Max Bromser. Jefferson remains a downgraded WR2.
17. Michael Wilson, ARI
Wilson's coming off two monster games in an offense that has attempted at least 44 passes in three straight weeks. Even if Marvin Harrison Jr.'s ready to return this week, OC Drew Petzing has said that Wilson has earned an increased role. The high volume with Jacoby Brissett behind center -- and no running game -- makes it more plausible to support several targets. And a pass-funnel Tampa Bay defense in Week 13 only helps.
18. Emeka Egbuka, TB
Egbuka's efficiency has suffered amid Tampa Bay's overall passing game struggles recently. He has managed just a 41.2% catch rate in the five games since leaving Week 6 early with a hamstring injury. But Egbuka has still averaged 10.2 targets over those contests, ranking fifth among WRs in expected PPR points per game over that span. The Cardinals have played solid pass D but don't present a scary matchup.
19. Ladd McConkey, LAC
Everyone struggled in the Week 12 beatdown at Jacksonville. But that game marked the first time since Week 4 that McConkey fell short of 4 receptions. He averaged a 6-84 receiving line on 9.2 targets per game in the five contests before that one.
20. Zay Flowers, BAL
Played on Thursday
21. Khalil Shakir, BUF
Shakir was the lone shining spot of the Bills’ passing game last week going 8-110-0 on 10 targets. With Keon Coleman perpetually inactive now and Dalton Kincaid missing time, Shakir becomes the only reliable target for Josh Allen. His usage makes him a PPR WR2 this week.
22. Stefon Diggs, NE
Diggs' up-and-down season continued last week. Not only did he manage just two catches on three targets for 20 yards, but he also ran a route on a season-low 54% of Patriots pass plays. Diggs is very difficult to project on a weekly basis, but he's at least in a nice spot on Monday night against the Giants' 25th-ranked WR defense.
23. Jameson Williams, DET
Played on Thursday
24. Michael Pittman Jr., IND
The Colts move Pittman all over the formation, which means they can scheme him mostly away from Derek Stingley. Still, it's a tough matchup for Indy's passing attack. Pittman leads the Colts with a 23% target share and has back-to-back games with 10 targets. His ceiling is lower this week due to the matchup, but Pittman remains a solid WR2/3 option in Week 13.
25. Troy Franklin, DEN
Franklin has seen 8+ targets in five straight games. He's caught just 49% of those targets, averaging 52 yards and 0.8 TDs per game. Expect better efficiency on Sunday night against a crumbling Commanders defense that ranks 26th in adjusted fantasy points allowed to WRs on the season and 28th over the last five weeks.
26. Courtland Sutton, DEN
Sutton has been out-targeted by WR Troy Franklin in four straight games, averaging 6.0 targets, 3.0 catches, 45 yards, and 0.25 TDs per game over that stretch. We have to consider Franklin the better fantasy bet at this point. But there's room for both guys to produce on Sunday night against a Commanders defense that ranks 26th in adjusted fantasy points allowed to WRs on the season and 28th over the last five weeks.
27. Deebo Samuel, WAS
Samuel has run 60% of his routes from the slot this season -- and that rate has been even higher with WR Terry McLaurin playing. That'll keep Samuel away from Broncos CB Pat Surtain for most of Sunday night's game. But Denver also ranks sixth in adjusted fantasy points allowed to slot receivers. Consider Deebo just a WR3 or Flex play this week.
28. Rome Odunze, CHI
Odunze remains the lead target for Chicago, including the nine he drew last week. But he has managed 3 catches or fewer in three of his past four games. The mix of downside risk and modest upside lands him at the top of WR3 territory. The Philly matchup that finds Chicago a 7-point underdog could boost the passing volume.
29. Jauan Jennings, SF
While Ricky Pearsall has faltered, Jennings has been solid as San Francisco's No. 1 WR, despite his own injury concerns. Jennings leads the 49ers WR corps in route rate (90%) and target share (24%) since Pearsall returned. He's also scored 14-plus PPR points in three of his last four games. Week 13 brings a challenging matchup against the Browns, but Jennings remains a dependable WR3.
30. Christian Watson, GB
Played on Thursday
31. D.K. Metcalf, PIT
Metcalf went 5-22-0 but scored on a rushing TD (that was really a screen pass) last week with Mason Rudolph at QB. Getting Aaron Rodgers should give Metcalf at least some upside, though he hasn’t hit 50 yards receiving since Week 8. The targets are still solid and the Bills have given up plenty of points lately. Metcalf should be treated like a WR3 with a low floor but a ceiling that could pay off with a score.
32. Tre Tucker, LVR
Tucker's past two games have displayed both an enviable role (18 targets) and production limitations (just 7 catches). We could see more elevated passing volume this week, with the Raiders arriving as 9.5-point underdogs.
33. Brian Thomas Jr., JAC
Thomas appears likely to play after putting in a full practice on Thursday. He’s a WR3 candidate in a plus scoring matchup with Tennessee.
34. Xavier Worthy, KC
Played on Thursday
35. Romeo Doubs, GB
Played on Thursday
36. Jakobi Meyers, JAC
Meyers has caught 3+ passes in each game since coming over from Vegas. The likely return of Brian Thomas Jr. adds volatility to his target share, but Tennessee at least supplies a positive matchup for WRs.
37. Chimere Dike, TEN
Dike will get a boost if Elic Ayomanor (hamstring) remains out. Regardless, Dike has the momentum in Tennessee’s WR corps after posting a team-high 19% target share and 90% route rate vs. Seattle.
38. Terry McLaurin, WAS
McLaurin is set to play on Sunday night for the first time since Week 8. His assignment: The Broncos' top-ranked WR defense that's getting stud CB Pat Surtain back from injury. We'd try to keep McLaurin on fantasy benches this week.
39. Jayden Higgins, HOU
Higgins has quietly been a solid WR2 over the last month. In the Texans' last three games, Higgins has averaged 12.8 PPR points, ranking as the overall WR21 during that span. Houston's passing offense should trend up with C.J. Stroud back, and this week's matchup looks good. The Colts have allowed the eighth-most fantasy points to WRs. Higgins should remain hot, making him a good WR3/flex option in Week 13.
40. Darnell Mooney, ATL
Mooney finally delivered a useful fantasy line last week, catching three balls for 74 yards and a score. He still saw just three targets on a 13% share, though. We'd rather not trust Mooney in fantasy lineups, despite a nice matchup against the Sauce Gardner-less Jets.
41. Quentin Johnston, LAC
Johnston's second no-catch game among his past four was alarming last time out. But the playing time was there, and the Chargers haven't struggled to the degree they did against Jacksonville in any other game this year. Johnston rebounded from the first to catch nine of 16 targets over his next two contests. Bet on him being OK this week, though L.A.'s overall decrease in passing volume adds risk to all the pass catchers.
42. D.J. Moore, CHI
It's gonna be tough to sit Moore after a 2-TD effort last week, especially if you're kicking yourself for leaving those points on the bench. But that game tripled his TD total for the season, marked his first trip to the end zone since Week 3, and produced his first line of more than 4 receptions since Week 2. Moore has spent the entire season as a poor-to-mediocre play and faces a tough set of Philly CBs this week.
43. Greg Dortch, ARI
Dortch would clearly benefit from WR Marvin Harrison Jr. missing another week in his recovery from appendix surgery. His 15 targets over the past two weeks have marked just a 14.2% share, with Jacoby Brissett attempting 106 throws in that span. The passing volume should stay up against a pass-funnel Bucs defense, and especially with Trey Benson's knee not seeming ready for a return just yet. (No practice Thursday.) Dortch would be more of a low-end WR4 with increased downside risk if Harrison's ready.
44. Luther Burden III, CHI
Burden has now played ahead of Olamide Zaccheaus for two straight games but remains third among Chicago WRs and a weak bet for target/reception volume. The next time he exceeds five targets in a game will be the first.
45. Alec Pierce, IND
Pierce is tied with Michael Pittman for the team lead in snap share (84%) and route rate (88%), but their roles are different. Pierce is the team's deep threat -- he leads the NFL in yards per catch. The Texans allow the third-fewest fantasy points to WRs, and have only allowed 6 TDs to the position all season. Pierce earns enough targets to remain a WR4/flex option this week, but there is more risk involved against the Texans.
46. Andrei Iosivas, CIN
Played on Thursday
47. Parker Washington, JAC
Washington leads the Jags in routes (92%) over the past three games, each without Brian Thomas Jr. He’s garnered a decent 18% target share over that span. The bad news? Thomas is expected to return this week, limiting the fantasy appeal on Washington vs. Tennessee.
48. Darius Slayton, NYG
Slayton ranked third among Giants WRs with a 64% route rate in his return from a hamstring injury last week. We'd bet on him eventually taking back over as the No. 2 WR ahead of Isaiah Hodgins. But Slayton is tough to trust in fantasy lineups until we see it happen.
49. Keenan Allen, LAC
Allen's opportunities have continued to suffer in an offense that has leaned surprisingly away from the pass in recent weeks. We're not betting on a big shift there in a week that's expected to return Omarion Hampton to the lineup. Allen has averaged just 5.3 targets and 3.0 receptions over the past four games after 9.3 and 6.3 over the first seven weeks.
50. John Metchie, NYJ
Metchie has delivered 3-45-1 and 6-65-1 receiving lines over the last two weeks and has emerged as a full-time player in New York's offense. Note, though, that he's totaled just 10 targets across those two games. We can't bank on his recent efficiency continuing. Metchie is still no better than a WR4.
51. Pat Bryant, DEN
Bryant tallied a season-high 82 yards in his last game. Now he comes off the Week 12 bye with a plus matchup against Washington. The Commanders rank 26th in adjusted fantasy points allowed to WRs on the season and 28th over the last five weeks. And they've been especially bad against the slot, where Bryant has run over 70% of his routes in three straight games. You probably don't want to trust the rookie in season-long lineups, but he's a nice flier in daily contests.
52. Jerry Jeudy, CLE
Jerry Jeudy's 91% route rate and 22% target share are indicative of a quality role as a team's No. 1 WR. However, Jeudy has only surpassed 6 PPR points in one of his last 6 outings in an anemic Cleveland passing attack. The 49ers have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points to WRs, but with Shedeur Sanders under center, Jeudy is merely a deep-league flex option with a low floor.
53. Adonai Mitchell, NYJ
While WR John Metchie has been more productive, Mitchell actually leads the Jets with 13 targets over the last two weeks. Expect. him to have a few useful games down the stretch. But his floor remains too low to trust in fantasy lineups.
54. Kayshon Boutte, NE
Boutte caught just two balls for 15 yards in his return last week. But he was back in a full-time role, running a route on 85% of New England's pass plays. That keeps Boutte in the mix as a boom/bust WR4 for Monday night's plus matchup against the Giants' 25th-ranked WR defense.
55. Ricky Pearsall, SF
Since returning from a lengthy absence, Pearsall's 87% route rate looks solid. However, he's only commanded an 11% target share and has 6 total yards in 2 games. This week's matchup against a Cleveland defense that allows the seventh-fewest fantasy points to WRs doesn't help. The hope is that Pearsall is just playing his way back into shape, but the complete lack of production makes him a middling WR4/flex option in deeper leagues until he breaks out of his slump.
56. Josh Downs, IND
Downs has fallen well behind Michael Pittman and Alec Pierce in the target pecking order, but this is the kind of matchup that could work in his favor. Houston has been somewhat more vulnerable to slot receivers, which could help Downs be more involved if the Texans shut down Indy's perimeter options. Downs has been invisible in his last two games, but he's got some sneaky WR4/flex appeal this week.
57. Jordan Addison, MIN
Here are Addison's yardage counts since Week 8: 26, 48, 35, 20, 0. His outlook doesn’t change much with UDFA QB Max Bromser expected to start, especially given the tough matchup at Seattle.
58. Mack Hollins, NE
Despite WR Kayshon Boutte's return last week, Hollins still ran a route on 79% of Patriots pass plays. He drew six targets but caught just two for 30 yards. Monday night brings the Giants' 25th-ranked WR defense to town, but Hollins would still be a desperation fantasy play.
59. Cooper Kupp, SEA
Kupp's recorded 40 or fewer yards in four of his past five outings. He's unusuable outside of ultra-deep fantasy formats.
60. Rashid Shaheed, SEA
Since coming over from the Saints, Shaheed’s posted PPR finishes of WR66, WR62, and WR96. He remains a low-floor fantasy option in a negative matchup vs. Minnesota.
